Korat(again) and bangkok trip 15-19nov

Attending ivan's wedding in korat, with so many close sec friends. Just touch down airport after 2hrs flight to bangkok, take another 3hrs ride up north thailand to korat (ok im very familiar with korat). finally we reach chaopaya hotel, i recommanded this hotel one.. ha..

Ivan bring us to this very cosy place call 'WANG MA CHA' in korat for dinner, its a old padi field with river view. Very romantic n coo sial.. very good ambient too..

Early morn the next day 6am we set off another 2hrs ride to ivan's wife place for the customary.

3rd day, we set off korat, 3hr+ drive to Bangkok, yeah finally, we check in the new Baiyoke Boutique hotel, very nice deco. The traffic was terrible in bangkok..

Feel like stealing the mario fig on the counter hahaa...

We have dinner at 1 of the jap restaurant at central world, is keith birthday... thanks for the dinner keith.. hee.. Is so difficult to find a table of 15 together man.. waited so long for our turn. haa..

Anyway today is the last day of event and result of the autostyling result/prize presentation.

Guess wat? i didnt win la, i got special award : Best creative. WTF no winning $.. arghgh.
The 1st in advance n 1st in novice is the bros, omg they r $3k richer.. their mum is very n proud of their sons man..
Finally get hold of 1 of the Super import babe - Jenny Chu to take pic with my car, she is in the rush can see.

She is HOT.

SIN expo'07 Day2

DAy 2 of SIN in sg expo. Bro Zam came down to support mi n took the pic for mi, long time see bro.. is semi final judging today. The judge ask wat hav i change from last heat? omg... i only added curtains, n nth much..
If final is by public voting i think i wont lost lo...lolx :( Judging time: same old judges


Guess wat, they didnt announce my name when the final list is out. I approached leslie if i realli didnt got in final, he said 'ya, is judges decidsion'. I respect judges decidsion after all, n i left disappointed.
All others contestant console mi. Realli know alot of friends from other cars club through competitions..
As im waiting for bus, after awhile, leslie called up and say im in the final, and say it was miscalucation. WTF. But i wasnt happy, as if i approach him, and wanted him to make mi pull in the final. OMG, somemore my name is not announce thru the PA, the whole contestant know tat im not in the final, then wat if sat i compete in the final rd? ppl will think tat i was 'under table' in.
nevertheless, i wont win la..:(

Super import night EXPO'07

EVery contestant is given 0.5M surrounding of your car to deco, i think mine is the worst, i only cut heart shape n some flower paste on the floor. Very sad, my car is 1st car near the stage, everyone step n kick my deco and damage.. haiz.. :(

U see those carpet under the car, need to pay $100ea sia. i get my own one, i went to china town yesterda, but the shop sold out of my fabric le.. so sad, then my cloth is too short. knn :X

Volcano, flame. This is the best, he uses many prop sia.. corner with 4 volcano effect, n skeleton bones around. sure win ar... i got nth.. thumbs up for the effort.. :)

Jap style, with snow effect. nice

Spider theme, very creative.
I like this BMW theme, jap style w/samurai sword. It has a jap garden feel. VIP rush, very lounge feel.

MPT FINAL at kallang

Everything so last min, so busy with work, no time for competiton nowadays. Went for MPT autostyling competition yesterday, bloody hot weather man, i got sun burn arhghg..

Not forgetting race queen search.. too bad 'jolin' didnt win.. hee.. all look so young sia..

ok my turn to receive the prize, i came in 1st in Novice only. Should hav join profressional, only 1 car. haa if get 2nd also not bad waha.. :P
